Because of the nature of vintage electronics, our returns policy is different from modern retail shops and is designed to protect both the customer and our business.
- Dead-On-Arrival (DOA) Policy – 48 Hours
If your item arrives damaged or not functioning, you must notify us within:

✔ Photos of the packaging (inside & outside)

Without video/photo evidence, we cannot process a DOA claim.

- Condition of Items Sold

❌ Items returned after 48 hours of delivery reporting window

- Returns for “Change of Mind”
Because our products are vintage and fragile, we do not accept change-of-mind returns.
Please ensure:
